The La Salle Falcons scored two touchdowns in the fourth quarter Friday night to put away the Scappoose Indians 38-23 at Alder Creek Middle School.
La Salle (3-1) bounced back from a 24-7 loss to Gladstone in a game that had a little bit of everything – a safety, 41-yard field goal, touchback off a fumble into the end zone, eight touchdowns and eight extra-point kicks.
Scappoose slipped to 2-3.
La Salle's Ian Keeney was the only player to score more than one touchdown.
Scappoose pulled within five points, before Seth Theraux kicked the long field goal high and through the uprights to help stave off the Indians.
