Reynolds’ Devon Decamp scored on an 8-yard run up the middle with 2:18 left as Reynolds defeated Sandy 28-21 Friday at Sandy.
The Raiders rallied from a 21-7 deficit with just over six minutes left in the third quarter.
Hunior Kyle Lane took a kickoff up the middle before breaking to the outside and rambling 86 yards for a touchdown to spark the comeback.
“We came out flat in the second half, and the kickoff return gave them the jump they needed,” Sandy coach Ray Baker says. “You have to give them credit, they came out here to win and really moved the ball in the second half.
The Raiders tied the game with 8:37 remaining, as senior Marc McDonald caught a 9-yard touchdown pass from Kyle Shewmaker.
Decamp led the Raiders in rushing with 107 yards, and Daniel Walsh caught six passes for 122 yards and a touchdown.
