EUGENE – Montana outshot and shocked the Oregon Ducks 68-55 Monday at McArthur Court.
The Ducks, coming off an 88-81 loss at the University of Portland, shot 33.3 percent from the field to 51.2 percent by the Grizzlies.
Oregon fell to 3-2. Montana climbed to 4-1.
Teondre Williams had 16 points to lead the Ducks, who were without forward Joevan Catron and center Michael Dunigan, both injured. Guard Tajuan Porter left early with a lower-leg injury.
Garrett Sim was Oregon's No. 2 scorer with 11 points.
Anthony Johnson of Montana scored 20 points, and teammate Brian Qvale had 15 points and 10 rebounds.
Oregon plays host to Montana State at 7:30 p.m. Saturday.
