Disney movie on deck for Portland actress

Portland native Ciara Riley Wilson (middle), who plays Athena, stars alongside Sean Giambrone (who plays Ron Stoppable) and Sadie Stanley (Kim Possible) in the Disney Channel movie "Kim Possible," a spinoff from a popular animated cartoon series.

Aspiring actress Ciara Riley Wilson, a Portland native, recently added a middle name to her official entertainment name. When she lived in Portland as a pre-teenager, it was Ciara Wilson. Now it's Ciara Riley Wilson for three reasons:

It has a nice sound to it; it's to honor her brother, Riley; and it's to differentiate her from Ciara Wilson, the pop singer and wife of NFL star Russell Wilson.
