Grants available for Portland neighborhood programs

The city of Portland's seven neighborhood coalitions include: Central Northeast Neighbors (CNN), East Portland Neighborhood Office (EPNO), Northeast Coalition of Neighborhoods (NECN), North Portland Neighborhood Services (NPNS), Neighbors West-Northwest (NWNW), Southwest Neighbors Inc. (SWNI), and Southeast Uplift (SEUL).

The Portland Office of Neighborhood Involvement is offering $100,000 to fund projects by any of the city's 95 neighborhood associations, or community based organizations.
